Safety Agreements
All coaching engagements and in-person sessions are conducted under written safety agreements. These agreements are established during intake and are a condition of the work — they are what keep the container safe for everyone in it.
What the safety agreements cover
- Negotiation & limits. A clear map of hard limits, soft limits, and desired experiences, established before any session.
- Safewords & signals. Agreed verbal and non-verbal stop signals, with an explicit protocol for what happens when they are used.
- Consent & revocability. Confirmation that consent is ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time, without penalty.
- Health & safety disclosures. Relevant information needed to practice safely, shared in confidence.
- Aftercare plan. Explicit aftercare and integration design for each engagement — treated as part of the session, not an afterthought.
- Confidentiality. Mutual commitments to discretion and privacy.
Discovery Consultation first
Coaching access is granted after the Discovery Consultation and the signing of these agreements — not before. The consultation is a formal psychological and somatic intake that maps your safety profile and baseline before any further commitment is made.
Your responsibilities
You agree to communicate honestly during negotiation, to use safewords when needed, to disclose information relevant to safety, and to engage in the process in good faith. You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.
