Refund Policy

We want every engagement to be entered into intentionally. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across our offerings.

Discovery Consultations & coaching

• The Discovery Consultation fee is credited in full toward any coaching container booked within 30 days.
• Rescheduling is available with at least [48] hours notice.
• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the session has taken place, given the preparation involved.
• Coaching containers may have their own terms set out in your written agreement.

Classes, workshops & events

• Tickets are refundable up to [7] days before the event.
• Within [7] days, tickets are transferable to a future event or another attendee but are non-refundable.
• If Shadow Play Labs cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or credit.

Digital content

Because digital deliverables (guides, worksheets, videos, courses) are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital content are final unless the content is defective or inaccessible, in which case we will repair access or provide a refund.
