Privacy Policy
Last updated: [DATE]
Shadow Play Labs (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. Discretion is central to our work — many clients are professionals who require confidentiality — and this policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Contact & intake information you provide (name or chosen name, email, and anything you share in forms, applications, or consultations).
- Booking information processed through our scheduling provider (Calendly) when you book a consultation.
- Purchase information when you buy digital content (order details; payment is handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers).
- Limited technical data (e.g. browser type) needed to operate and secure the site. We use privacy-respecting analytics and do not sell your data.
2. How we use it
To respond to inquiries, deliver coaching and digital content, process bookings and payments, send you communications you have requested (such as our newsletter), and keep the site secure. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in operating the business.
3. Confidentiality of client work
Information shared in the course of coaching and intake is treated as strictly confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. scheduling), with your consent, or as required by law.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate — for example scheduling (Calendly), email/newsletter (MailerLite), and payment processing — under their respective terms. We do not sell personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time. To exercise these rights, use our Contact page.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit and access controls) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take discretion seriously.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised date.
